Key Responsibilities
Ensures proper execution, accuracy, timeliness and shipping of orders
Record and troubleshoot all problems related to fulfillment and ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner
Interpret and carry out specialized picking, packing, shipping and routing instructions provided by customers and/or sales operations team, EDI team
Coordinate and schedule pickups/deliveries with shipping carriers and freight forwarders
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
Work with other internal departments such as Receiving and Inventory Control, as well as teams based out of our Seattle, WA locations, including Sales Operations, Customer Service, IT and Supply Chain
Prepares shipments using multiple shipping softwares
PARCEL, LTL, FTL create shipping documents including INTERNATIONAL docs
Affixes shipping labels to packages. Sorts boxes for shipment according to destination, carrier, or other classification and places boxes on appropriate pallets
Loads PALLET shipments on carrier arrivals ensuring all documentation is provided and recorded
Communicate problems or changes with orders to the Manager and appropriate personnel
Understands and adheres to the concepts and techniques of the quality process in order to ensure quality operation
Participation in continuous improvement process
Promotes and adheres to company safety work rules and regulations
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
EXCEL, WORD experience preferred
SHIPPING SOFTWARE knowledge preferred
Able to read, understand, follow, and verify written instructions and count accurately
Good numerical checking and comparing skills
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner
Excellent time management skills and must be able to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient with data entry
Compensation & Benefits
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
