We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 10 approved buyers working at all times, 20 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities
Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary
Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved
Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers in a timely fashion
Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales
Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
Communicate with clients and potential clients
Attend showings
Provide prompt feedback
Attend home inspections, pre‑closing walkthroughs, and closings
The team lead would handle drafting contracts and negotiating to take the sale through the closing
Qualifications
Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
Self‑starter and able to work with minimal supervision
Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin, you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification
Compensation $20 hourly + closing bonus
