Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday
In this role, you'll support manufacturing builds, assist with process development, and ensure products meet the highest quality standards while working within a clean, organized production setting.
Responsibilities
Support manufacturing builds and assembly processes
Read and follow detailed instructions, blueprints, and specifications
Align materials and assemble components into complex units
Assist with prototype fabrication and testing fixture development
Cross‑train in other areas as needed to support production goals
Inspect and verify output quality to ensure compliance with company standards
Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
2‑3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
Proficient in using precision measuring tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
Excellent hand‑eye coordination
Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
