Job Overview: The Lead Sales Associate provides superior customer service and supports the General Manager in all aspects of retail operations to ensure the store operates at optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs
Complete sales transactions accurately and promptly using the POS system
Maintain a welcoming store environment
Assist with merchandising and inventory control
Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently attending High School
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience
Ability to participate in the succession program
Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Additional Details:
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00/hour
