One of the country’s largest independent insurance brokerages seeks an experienced

Senior Commercial Account Manager

to support a sales team in the Mid-Atlantic that’s writing a ton of new business. The producers need someone who can manage the influx of new business and use technology as a way to stay on top of deadlines, including managing renewals. The book is truly generalist with accounts in a variety of industries with all considered middle market with the average revenue between $25k-$50k with some reaching $100k.

Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients with inquiries ranging from coverage and billing questions to claims reporting and renewal preparation

Thoroughly review policies for accuracy, providing timely feedback and information to and from clients and insurance company contacts

Prepare client renewal marketing materials, submissions to underwriters, and proposals for renewal quotes

Skills & Experience

Minimum five (5) years of commercial insurance account management experience working with middle market business insurance clients

Active state insurance license

Job Specs Hybrid schedule offered; 3 days/week working from home. Offices in Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh.
