About Our Sales Training Program Our Account Manager in Training program is an opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their sales career to learn our industry under the direction of our account team. As a member of the training program, you will learn all aspects of the sales and production cycle and maintain and build client relationships. The right candidate will be equally comfortable engaging with current clients as well as independently pursuing new business development in the future. This is an ideal position for someone who has the confidence, intelligence, resourcefulness, and a creative drive to become a sales executive in an exciting field. In this role you will have a sales management mentor and work closely with the sales support team—including project manager and account coordinator—on vendor communication, timetables, deliverables, and client production status reviews.
The Account Manager in Training program has been in place for five highly successful years and includes training and educational mentorship around new business development and the opportunity to grow a client network. This position description is not an exhaustive list of duties.
