High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need their hand held.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month) People who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent, well-spoken agents with effective communication skills Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing Agents who don't need motivation and are ready to follow a proven system Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IULs (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities). We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling life, final expense, mortgage protection, or low-premium policies. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and/or Zoom meetings. Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums. We do NOT operate lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team with more high-end agents.
