Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers. Identify and analyze potential suppliers, and negotiate terms and agreements. Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to inform progress decisions with the suppliers. Manage supplier relationships, including follow-up on performance and understanding their products comprehensively. Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics. Evaluate supplier programs to determine their effectiveness and alignment with customer needs. Stay current with industry trends and market developments. Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends. Manage procurement activities to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and timely. Review and update procurement policies, procedures, and price lists as necessary. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. Who You Are
Knowledgeable in Supply Chain, Supplier Relationships, and Procurement. Skilled in informing and communicating with others. Experienced in Market Research and Supply Chain Management. Strong Negotiation Skills. Product Knowledge. Ability to promote process improvements. Proficient in Contract Management. Education
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Two to three years’ experience in Supply Chain, Supplier Relationships, and Procurement. Proficient with office software. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
