Customer Service Representative is responsible for selling new auto insurance policies, renewing policies, servicing existing policies, and marketing for potential new business. Requirements: Computer literate with basic to intermediate skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful Excellent communication skills, assertive, capable of providing a first-rate customer experience Must pass state licensing requirements Flexible schedule Reliable transportation Education/Training/Experience: High School Diploma Previous customer service experience helpful Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide professional, courteous service to customers Answer questions regarding policies Accept payments and process transactions Identify customer needs related to their policies Follow up on quotes, renewals, cancellations Assist with marketing initiatives for new business Maintain a clean work area Perform vehicle inspections and take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required) Handle bank deposits This is a full-time position Other duties as assigned Additional Information:
