What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives
Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication and strategic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com and Oracle
Knowledge of specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
Strong project management abilities
