Position Overview The Account Manager plays a key role in driving both client satisfaction and agency growth. This is a commission and flat-fee revenue-generating position responsible for managing client accounts, building affiliate relationships, generating lead volume, and optimizing business operations through automation and effective communication. The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, Dubsado-certified, and thrives in a collaborative environment where creativity meets structure.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication, timely project delivery, and measurable results.

Affiliate Management:

Build and maintain relationships with partners and affiliates to expand reach and create new revenue opportunities.

Lead Generation:

Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships.

Proposal Creation:

Draft, refine, and present strategic proposals that reflect client goals and align with Bogues Group’s offerings.

Campaign Oversight:

Manage PR and marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring messaging consistency and performance tracking.

Process Automation:

Utilize Dubsado and other CRM tools to streamline workflows, create proposals, automate tasks, and enhance client experience.

Content & Messaging:

Collaborate with the creative team to craft compelling, fluid messaging across PR, social, and digital channels.

Performance Analysis:

Measure, analyze and report on account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

Qualifications

Required:

Dubsado certification and proven experience managing Dubsado workflows

3–5 years of experience in account management, PR, marketing, or communications

Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, campaign strategy, and lead generation

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Detail-oriented with strong project management skills

Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and basic data analysis

Compensation This is a commission-based and flat-fee position, designed for professionals eager to contribute to growth while earning performance-based incentives. Specific structure will be discussed during the interview process.
