Starting Pay:
$37,000 - 42,000/yr SNE Schedule:
Monday - Friday Hours:
7:30am - 4:00pm What You’ll Do
Embody a mindset that is driven, team‑oriented, hungry, humble, and will perform effectively under the responsibilities/skills as listed. Use proprietary software to enter job specifications and/or job planning details. Requisition proper materials for specific jobs. Effectively communicate with Scheduling and/or Purchasing departments. Provide instructions for billing and shipping needs. Adhere to and promote all safety, security and environmental policies and procedures. Cover Customer Service Representatives while out of office. All other duties as assigned. What You Bring
Ability to read a ruler down to 1/32 of an inch and work closely with production. Provide support to Customer Service Account Specialists. Willingness to learn and adapt. Ability to review jobs as needed on the production floor. Proficient in basic math. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work cooperatively with others including team members and/or customers. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and adhere to deadlines. Computer literacy with proven skills utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Suite products. Understand the basic ins and outs of the manufacturing process. Willingness to progress into full‑time Customer Service Account Specialist. High levels of attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior administrative Customer Service experience with some basic printing/publishing knowledge preferred. Knowledge of Corporate SOX / Internal documentation as it relates to specific responsibilities preferred. Physical Requirements
