Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Pavilion at King\u2019s Grant
Join Bath & Body Works this holiday season as a Seasonal Sales Associate. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find products that meet their needs and delivering exceptional, consistent experiences that support sales growth in-store and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations.
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout.
Support product replenishment and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and inviting.
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
Perform physical activities including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and handling products to maintain store appearance and assist customers. Weight lift requirements: consistently up to 10 pounds and up to 50 pounds as needed.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
Adhere to values, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications

Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting.
Effective communication, openness to feedback, and ability to adapt quickly.
Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
Availability to work peak days and times, including varied shifts evenings, weekends, and holidays.
