Seasonal Sales Associate position at Bath & Body Works. Join the team this holiday season and help spread the cheer. You will be the face of Bath & Body Works, understanding customers’ needs and helping them find the best products. Our associates deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales growth and create a positive, high-energy store environment. Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at checkout. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. All store positions require physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting; ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds and bend/kneel as needed. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engaging customer experience by adhering to safety standards and expectations. Maintain our values, policies, and procedures. Qualifications
Thrives in a customer-first retail environment. Demonstrated sales and customer experience results in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication, openness to feedback, and adaptability. Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively. Availability to work peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Core Competencies
