Responsibilities The Women's Health Account Manager will serve as the primary contact within the territory, promoting Women’s Healthcare products to OB/GYNs, high-decile PCPs, and potentially Planned Parenthood clinics. Responsibilities include:
Educating healthcare providers on product value and marketplace information.
Building strong relationships with HCPs through effective communication and customer experiences.
Analyzing sales data to develop and implement territory action plans.
Addressing healthcare professionals’ objections and questions effectively.
Resolving customer concerns promptly and collaborating with team members.
Participating in conferences, training, and product launches.
Maintaining compliance with all regulations and policies.
Must-haves
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences
2+ years pharmaceutical sales success, top 25% ranking
Existing relationships with OB/GYNs are a plus
Strong knowledge of sales planning, territory management, and CRM
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel up to 10% overnight
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
