German-speaking Reactivation Sales Agent
to join our Sales Team in Gzira, Malta. What You’ll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands. Reactivating inactive players and providing personalized recommendations that increase their engagement and retention. Promoting bonus campaigns and introducing new games, features, and payment methods that enhance the sports betting/gambling experience. Guiding players through the website to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience. Collaborating with your sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets. What You Bring
You are a German native speaker & have a conversational level of English. Exposure to the world of online sports betting and gambling, and you’re eager to learn and grow in our dynamic industry. You know how to engage in conversations with ease. You're confident, comfortable, and can build great relationships over the phone. You have a competitive spirit and an unrelenting drive to achieve success. What We Offer
Guaranteed salary with uncapped commission potential. Monday to Friday schedule, 09:45 am to 6:00 pm. A relocation package which includes the flight paid upfront, a taxi from Malta airport, and 2 weeks in a shared accommodation. Support with the work permit application process, including covered expenses. Delicious daily meals prepared by our chef, and beverages available 24/7. Chill room with Playstation & ping pong table.
