Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide expert advice and product knowledge to customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience
Assist customers in selecting the perfect jewelry piece to meet their preferences and budget
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Monitor inventory levels, making recommendations for stock replenishment as needed
Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our jewelry collection in an enticing manner
Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and security protocols
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional events or campaigns
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Jewelry Salesperson or similar role in a luxury environment.
Strong sales skills and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of different types of jewelry, gemstones, metals, and their value
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as needed
Competitive base salary plus commission structure based on sales performance
