Celltrion Immunology Specialist (CIS)

reports to the ISL Immunology Sales Lead and is responsible for achieving the sales objectives and revenue targets for their territory. Through engaging healthcare professionals in the field, the CIS promotes assigned products, maximizes product potential, and meets program objectives. The role requires developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision makers, and using approved tools for product and program promotion while maintaining a high level of product, program, and customer knowledge.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Implement sales strategy and drive business growth through a deep understanding of the assigned territory.

Create and execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals, aligning with market insights and preparing reports for management as needed.

Engage customers effectively and compliantly, reflecting understanding of their environment and providing relevant insights.

Demonstrate subject‑matter expertise using effective selling, listening, negotiation skills, and approved messaging.

Listen and respond appropriately to customer needs and questions.

Manage daily sales activity and performance, completing required call‑activity data entry in CRM.

Represent Celltrion USA with the highest credibility to sustain positive impressions with customers.

Participate in national, regional, and district meetings, training sessions, and represent Celltrion USA at national and local conventions when applicable.

Maintain full compliance with all laws, regulations, Celltrion Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines, and relevant federal and state regulations.

Work Experience

A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience required.

Immunology experience required, with a track record of sales success and existing relationships in Immunology, specifically Gastroenterology and Rheumatology.

Biologics experience strongly preferred, along with knowledge of patient HUBs, assistance programs, and specialty pharmacy.

Qualifications

High‑level selling, persuasion, presentation, and closing skills; initiative, resilience, and drive for results.

Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology and maintain required technical expertise and competitive product knowledge.

Effective collaboration skills; able to work independently and as a team member.

Flexibility to embrace challenges and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend related meetings and functions, including overnight and/or weekends.

Education Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college required.
