What to expect when you work here As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer experiences, maintaining product knowledge, and assisting with store operations including opening/closing, returns, special orders, and task division among Sales Associates. Ideal candidates will have: At least 1 year of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience or similar retail leadership role Over 2 years of sales or customer service experience A proactive, customer-focused attitude Willingness to learn and engage with the riding community Experience with computers and POS systems (preferably RetailPro) Motorcycle knowledge or interest is a plus but not mandatory Additional Information
