As a Sales Lead you partner with the Store Manager to execute action plans that keep the store operation smooth, allow associates to learn and grow and bring customers a compelling experience that positions Lane Bryant as a leading plus‑size retailer. Responsibilities and Opportunities
Welcome customers, engage them and support their shopping experience. Share knowledge of our products and services and inspire customers. Empower your associates to exceed customer expectations. Execute daily operational action plans with store leaders. Coach associates and recognize performance improvements. Identify business opportunities and drive results with store leaders. Maximize productivity and equalize payroll by assessing schedules. Communicate daily with store teams and prioritize tasks. Support onboarding new associates when needed. Adhere to brand guidelines, operational requirements and asset protection policies. Qualifications
1‑3 years retail experience. High school diploma or equivalent required. Passion for styling and love of working with people. Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to read, write and communicate in English. Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately. Benefits
