Overview As an Orkin Termite Sales Inspector, you’ll conduct full‑home inspections, identify pest issues, and recommend Orkin’s proven protection solutions. No prior industry experience is required – we’ll train you from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces, addressing any issues identified.
Clarify and communicate solutions effectively to build trusted customer relationships.
Prospect new business and manage assigned leads with the support of a robust advertising budget.
Schedule sales appointments, meet customers in their homes, and present Orkin’s products and services.
Prepare and execute sales agreements using company‑provided iPads, with training supplied.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company‑paid).
Independent field work and strong customer interaction skills.
Work Environment – Physical Requirements
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and roofs, including climbing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE); an OSHA‑compliant respirator may be required at times.
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
