The AV Sales Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with enterprise-level customers across an assigned geographic territory. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by expanding existing enterprise accounts, acquiring new enterprise clients, and delivering innovative audiovisual and unified communications solutions.
Working closely with the Design Engineering team, the Enterprise Account Manager ensures that customer needs are addressed through tailored, scalable solutions that support large, complex organizations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute an enterprise-focused sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Identify, pursue, and secure new enterprise customers within the assigned region. Manage complex, multi-location accounts by building relationships with executive decision-makers and key stakeholders. Position the company as a trusted advisor by understanding client business objectives and aligning solutions accordingly. Account Management & Customer Success
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring superior customer experience. Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews with enterprise clients to measure value, performance, and satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding solutions across additional departments and locations. Collaborate with internal teams to proactively resolve challenges and ensure customer retention. Territory & Market Development
Maintain a deep understanding of the assigned territory, including enterprise market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends. Represent the company at executive briefings, enterprise-level trade shows, and high-value networking events. Success Factors
Travel Required for customer meetings and engagements Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving multimillion-dollar revenue targets. Strong understanding of AV system design, integration, and large-scale enterprise deployments. Work Environment
Office Environment – Regular use of company offices for meetings, collaboration, and administrative tasks. Customer Sites – Frequent visits to enterprise client headquarters, regional offices, and facilities for executive meetings, solution presentations, and site evaluations. Experience and Education
