This is a full‑time, in‑office role (5 working days). The position is based in Tempe, AZ and requires English and Spanish language proficiency.
The Account Support Specialist (AHS) is the primary interface between Amazon and third‑party sellers. AHS Specialists provide dedicated support, consulting sellers on opportunities, and troubleshooting complex issues to improve seller performance and align with Amazon requirements.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate effective, clear and professional written and oral communication.
Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon sellers, including appropriate escalation of issues.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, portraying the company positively while managing sensitive issues.
Manage time effectively and work independently using departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively assist team members with difficult contacts.
Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
Seek solutions through logical reasoning and data‑interpretation skills, identify trends, and provide improvement suggestions.
Liaise with other departments to resolve seller issues and questions.
Basic Qualifications
1+ year(s) of customer service experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
Experience in payments or e‑commerce
Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish
Ability to be on site 5 days a week in Tempe, AZ
Preferred Qualifications
Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis

Our compensation for this position ranges from $31,200 to $64,300 per year, depending on market location and experience. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary. Amazon provides a full range of benefits, and additional compensation (equity, sign‑on payments, etc.) may be provided.
