Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Requirements Experience:
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM.
Proven experience in understanding Lead-to-Opportunity management processes, Managed packages, Analytics & Reporting.
Responsibilities
Conduct discovery meetings with stakeholders to identify business needs and project requirements.
Gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Develop and document user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Create comprehensive test plans to ensure all project requirements are met.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
Maintain thorough project documentation, including requirements, design specs, and testing outcomes.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure alignment with business needs and project success.
Provide post-implementation support during the go-live phase to ensure a smooth transition.
Skills
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, reporting & analytics, and data integration processes.
Proficiency in tools such as Snowflake, SQL, and JIRA for effective data analysis, tracking, and project management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
