About the Role
DC Automotive is looking for a friendly, organized, and experienced Service Advisor to join our close-knit team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping customers, and enjoy being the communication bridge between techs and clients, we’d love to talk to you. What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Write accurate repair orders and estimates Communicate with technicians to relay diagnostics and service recommendations Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Maintain service schedules and help manage shop flow Ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish Who You Are
Friendly, professional, and passionate about customer service Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator Able to multitask in a busy environment Team player who works well with techs and management Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Service Writer in the automotive industry preferred Why Work at DC Automotive?
