The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, as well as an understanding of the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing our company’s products to potential customers, developing relationships with existing customers, and providing feedback to the company on customer needs and trends. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about sales and has a knack for building relationships with clients.
About the Role Develop new business
Meet Revenue and profit goals for defined geographic Territory (South Carolina) by growing market share with Distribution, Dealers and or Direct customers
Train Distribution/Dealers sales force on full product offering. (Roofing, Gutters and Soffit)
Maintain relationship with existing customer base
Educate the Customer on Worthouse Products
Complete Customer Information Forms / Company CRM for new accounts.
Collect marketing intelligence on competitors and potential new Distributors and Dealers.
Promptly respond to administrative requests
Write-up special orders
Assist in resolving installation problems and customer complaints
Assist with collection of accounts receivable as requested
Be actively involved in local trade associations
Attend weekly Video sales meetings
Assist with various tasks as requested by Sales Manager, Business Development Manager and CEO.
Call on new accounts daily
Promptly and accurately prepare paperwork
Effectively and aggressively manage complex sales relationships through the distribution/Dealer network based on value selling (These products require you to “Tell the story” (perform presentations).
