Job Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Capital Markets Transaction Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing capital market transactions, including initial public offerings (IPOs), pre-IPO preparations, SME IPOs, private equity (PE) transactions, and other related services.

Key Responsibilities: IPO and Pre-IPO Services:

Advise clients on IPO readiness, including financial and operational preparedness.

Assist clients in preparing IPO documentation, including prospectuses and listing applications.

Collaborate with the credit risk team to develop and maintain credit risk policies and procedures.

Develop and implement pre-IPO strategies to enhance client valuations.

SME IPO and Private Equity Transactions:

Advise SME clients on IPO and PE transaction options including Social Stock Exchange (SSE).

Assist clients in preparing SME IPO documentation and navigating regulatory requirements.

Identify and evaluate PE investment opportunities for clients.

Negotiate and structure PE transactions to meet client objectives.

Capital Markets Advisory:

Provide strategic advice to clients on capital markets transactions, including IPOs, PE, and M&A.

Conduct market research and analysis to inform client transaction decisions.

Develop and maintain relationships with capital markets stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and advisors.

Transaction Execution:

Manage and execute capital markets transactions, including IPOs, PE, and M&A.

Assist and perform buy side/ sell side due diligence for the capital markets transactions.

Coordinate with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction execution.

Identify and mitigate transaction risks to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements: Education and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related field.

Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, MBA, CA,) are highly desirable including candidates pursuing such professional certifications.

Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in capital markets preferably.

Experience with capital markets transactions, due diligence, IPO, M&A and market research.

Candidates who are fresher’s and looking to build a career in Capital Markets areas are eligible.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, PE, and M&A.

Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
