Mortgage Advisor (Training Provided)

Full-Time | Commission-Based | Licensing (Pre-Employment) & Training Included

This is a full-time, commission-based role with no prior experience required. We provide hands‑on training, mentorship, and ongoing support. Job Responsibilities:

Advise and guide clients through the mortgage process from initial inquiry to closing, providing clear, consistent communication and support at each step

Assess borrowers’ financial profiles – income, credit, assets, liabilities – to recommend loan products aligned with their goals and qualifications

Educate clients on mortgage programs, rates, terms, and the homebuying process to support informed decisions

Conduct consultations to evaluate borrower needs, establish trust, and move qualified leads forward

Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and building relationships with referral partners such as real estate agents and attorneys

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through diligent follow‑up using CRM and marketing tools

Collect and review borrower documentation to ensure file accuracy and completeness in accordance with lending guidelines

Collaborate with internal processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant loan closings

Stay current on market trends, lending products, and industry regulations to deliver knowledgeable and relevant advice

Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen sales, finance, and product knowledge

Qualifications:

Ability to obtain NMLS license (company provides training and support prior to employment)

Strong drive to succeed in a competitive, performance‑based environment

Passion for helping others and delivering high‑quality client experience

Honesty, accountability, and a strong work ethic

Financial acumen and ability to learn mortgage products and guidelines

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Tech‑savvy with the ability to manage CRM systems and digital tools

Community involvement or a desire to actively network and engage locally
