Join us in this important mission and become part of a program that changes lives.**What You’ll Do*** Provide personal care and support with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance).* Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.* Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families.* Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their homes.* Communicate with supervisors about client needs and changes in condition.* Participate in training and follow all safety, health, and compliance requirements.**What We’re Looking For*** **Language:** Russian-speaking preferred.* **Compassion & Respect:** A genuine interest in supporting older adults with dignity and patience.* **Experience (Required):** Previous caregiving or home care aide experience is required.* **Reliability:** Ability to manage time well, follow care plans, and show up consistently for scheduled shifts.* **Requirements:** Must pass background clearance (Live Scan), TB test, and health screening.* Competitive pay: $21.00 – $23.50 per hour.* Be part of a program that directly supports Holocaust survivors and their families.* Paid training and ongoing support.* Flexible scheduling options (part-time and full-time).
