Salary Range - Starting Range $28.05 - $30.05 based on experience
Resident Care Supervisor team members assist in ensuring the generalhealth and well-being of our residents by providing nursing care. Thisposition is responsible for assisting with medications; monitoring thepersonal care services provided by resident aides; and reporting careand change in condition of residents to staff of next shift andResident Care Manager.
Experience and Skills: Qualifications:
Credentials as a Licensed Practical Nurse with a current statelicense required.
One year nursing experience in a nursing leadership rolepreferred; experience in geriatric nursing preferred
Organizational skills and ability to supervise department staffeffectively; ability to work well with personnel of otherdepartments and residents’ families required; ensure high standardsof care are maintained.
