In this role, you’ll lead the technical sales and product homologation efforts for our Alamo, TN-based transformer components portfolio. From identifying new opportunities to securing end-user approvals, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our market presence and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance and compliance.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Lead technical sales efforts from opportunity identification to order booking
Manage the full product homologation and end-user approval process
Provide expert technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
Coordinate product testing and documentation for regulatory compliance
Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and testing laboratories
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities
Build strong relationships with end users to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
This role requires up to 50% travel
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in transformer tap changers
Strong technical knowledge of transformer components and construction
Experience with homologation and regulatory compliance processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate across functions and work in a global environment
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally
