Join our team to perform a range of in-office and field tasks supporting land surveying projects. This role involves managing survey aspects of civil engineering projects, supervising teams, conducting computations, and ensuring quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations.You’ll ensure high-quality deliverables, timely documentation, and project profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients, prepare proposals/contracts Oversee field crews and surveying/engineering technicians Direct preparation of survey plans, flood elevation certificates, and ALTA surveys Perform fieldwork, data collection, survey computations, and CAD drafting Conduct deed/plan research and quality control reviews Maintain project documentation and support billing functions Participate in project team meetings and adhere to management standards Serve as Department Manager when needed Requirements:
Education: B.S. in Surveying or related field License: Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) License Experience: Minimum 5 years preferred Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, Trimble equipment/software Other: Valid driver’s license, strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred: 5+ years of surveying experience Why Join Us?
