Responsibilities
Review the current strategic plan and progress on goals
Perform an assessment of the organization
Assist with the design, conduct, and interpretation of results from the environmental scan
Identify best practices to generate operational outcome‑focused measures and metrics
Create high‑performing team framework
Identify priority objectives—define the aspirations for each Opportunity Area (5 C's)
Create supporting strategies—describe the means to achieving these objectives
Create metrics and describe the parameters used to evaluate and measure each objective
Provide recommendations to leadership, program leads, and divisions and offices
Perform interviews with senior leaders
Analyze historical documents and data to generate and recommend outcome‑focused performance measures
Develop and present the final assessment report
Work remotely
Candidate Requirements
U.S. Citizenship, must reside in Maryland, DC, or VA
Education: Bachelor's Degree
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
