Position: Superintendent – Ground-Up Gas Station & Restaurant Construction

Cumming, GA (Projects within a 5-hour radius)
We are seeking an experienced
Superintendent
to lead and oversee the construction of ground-up gas stations, restaurants, and small retail projects. The ideal candidate will excel in managing fast-paced, high-quality commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and daily operations to maintain progress.
Ensure compliance with building codes, company policies, and client expectations.
Conduct site meetings, manage inspections, and address issues promptly.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain seamless coordination.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in ground-up commercial construction, particularly with gas stations, restaurants, and small retail projects.
Proficiency in project management tools such as
Procore ,
Bluebeam , and the
Microsoft Office Suite .
Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel and manage projects within a 5-hour radius of
Cumming, GA , with a focus on the southeastern U.S.
