Job Summary Brockton Home Health Care is looking for a detail‑orientated and EVV Compliance Specialist to keep high standards in home care services. This key role ensures our road staffs and operations remain compliant with state of Massachusetts regulations and company policies. The EVV Compliance Specialist will make sure every road staff will login into Axxess to complete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) by clock‑in and out according to their work scheduled.

About Brockton Home Health Care Brockton Home Health Agency is a Medicaid and Medicare certified in Massachusetts and accredited by the JointCommission - Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Brockton Home Health Care provides health services, skilled and non‑skilled to adults and elderly with home support. Brockton Home Health Care also provides health care staffing needs for health facilities and non‑medical transportation services. Key Responsibilities

Functions as primary support for daily EVV monitoring

Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to agency policies and state regulations with EVV

Identify gaps and re‑educate road staff as needed

Assist with Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)

Communicate with staffs and clients as needed

Maintain organized compliance records and reports

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a customer service or administrative role.

Strong organization skills, able to multi‑task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.

Excellent telephone skills.

Highly professional and dependable.

Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

Previous customer service or administrative experience required; health care and/or home care experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred associate degree.
