Product Analyst / Consulting-Level
will be part of the team in
Nashville, TN . The Consulting Product Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery and lifecycle management of software products supporting corporate applications. This role requires strong product ownership, technical understanding, and leadership skills to implement new solutions, retire legacy systems, and maintain compliance with organizational and vendor requirements.
Responsibilities
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Requirements
10+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst or other closely related work.
Expert on Technical Requirements & Workflow Documentation (functional and non-functional specifications, use cases/user stories)
Expert Requirements Elicitation & Stakeholder Management
Strong Technical Acumen with Business Alignment
Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Willingness to learn new technologies and enterprise specific requirements
Ability to handle tasks and self motivate and prioritize based on needs and communication from leadership.
