Job Overview Lichty Building Group Inc is looking for an experienced and driven Remodeling Field Superintendent to manage the daily on-site operations of 8-10 active residential remodeling projects. This is a key leadership role that requires strong field experience, organizational discipline, and the ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews while keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with our high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction operations across multiple active remodeling job sites

Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors

Manage field crews and ensure jobsite safety, cleanliness, and compliance with OSHA standards

Enforce jobsite‑specific safety programs and ensure all required postings and permits are up to date

Ensure high standards of quality control on all work performed by subcontractors and self‑perform crews

Coordinate inspections and ensure work is completed per specifications and code requirements

Review blueprints, contracts, specifications, and other project documentation for accuracy

Ensure sites are fully prepared with materials, tools, and labor for upcoming work

Monitor project budgets, timesheets, and invoices; report discrepancies or concerns

Conduct site walkthroughs, generate field reports, and update the Owner and Department Heads regularly

Drive between multiple job sites in a single day as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction superintendent or foreman (residential experience required)

Proven ability to manage 8-10 jobs simultaneously

Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, email, and text)

Comfortable interacting professionally with clients, architects, inspectors, and trade partners

Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications and contracts

Self‑motivated, well‑organized, and capable of working independently

Working knowledge of jobsite safety and OSHA standards

Proficient with Microsoft Outlook (preferred)

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments (unfinished buildings, outdoors, etc.)

Represent the company with professionalism in appearance, conduct, and communication
