Job Title: Assembly Technician (Full-Time)

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. You will be responsible for assembling high-quality products by following detailed instructions, using a variety of tools, and working closely with your team to meet daily goals. No prior industry experience is required--just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to producing excellent results.
General Duties & Responsibilities
Accurately
read, interpret, and follow
blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and written instructions to assemble products to exact standards.
Perform
mechanical and manual assembly
of components, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and secure fastening of parts and subassemblies.
Safely
operate and maintain handheld and power tools
used in the assembly process (wrenches, drills, torque tools, etc.).
Inspect
components and completed assemblies to identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality concerns; report issues following established procedures.
Collaborate with production team members
to meet or exceed daily assembly targets and maintain efficient workflow.
Maintain a
clean, organized, and safe workstation , adhering to all company safety guidelines and manufacturing best practices.
Follow basic English-language instructions
relating to safety, work orders, and assembly steps (required).
Support
cross-functional needs
on the production floor, including packaging, materials handling, and general labor tasks when needed.
Demonstrate
reliable and consistent attendance , punctuality, and readiness to work.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to perform
repetitive motion tasks
and stand for extended periods.
Strong
visual acuity , including depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to differentiate colors.
Basic mechanical aptitude or previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments (preferred but not required).
