Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, charismatic

Lead Bartender

to oversee bar operations and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead a team with energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the bar team, ensuring high performance and consistency

Craft and serve innovative cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock rotation

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Train new bartenders and support ongoing team development

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Collaborate with the management and culinary teams to update seasonal cocktail menus

Deliver outstanding guest service and foster a welcoming bar environment

Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications

3+ years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role

Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques

Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure

Current alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred
