As a Commercial Landscape Account Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing landscape maintenance crews, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities
Supervise multiple landscape maintenance crews across the Seattle and Eastside region, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Develop and manage crew schedules and routes, coordinate staffing needs, and monitor expenses to align with company goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting regular site visits to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for property enhancements. Report crew performance, both qualitative and financial, to branch management in a timely manner. Collaborate with HR, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable to support financial and staffing objectives. Work with other departments to implement enhancement projects at client sites. Lead employee performance reviews, advancement, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions for supervised crews. Maintain and organize the fleet of trucks, equipment, and materials to ensure operational readiness. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Strong customer service and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Experience working with commercial property managers, owners, and general contractors. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound decisions independently. Relevant certifications such as Certified Landscape Technician (CLT), Pesticide License, Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT), or Concrete Paver Institute (ICPI) are a plus. Valid driver’s license required. Willingness to work outside normal hours as needed, including during inclement weather. Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills. Compensation
