Job Description A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an
Aircraft Maintenance Technician .

12 months Location:
Jacksonville, FL As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will:
Perform the change, removal, replacement, or upgrade of aircraft components to correct failures or implement changes.
Conduct troubleshooting of complex avionics, pneumatic, hydraulic, engine, and structural components and systems.
Ensure validation/verification of testing systems and components.
Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance (e.g., repairs, test results, applicable modifications, and inspection results).
Inspect components and verify repairs for flight‑worthiness requirements.
Perform tasks associated with the safe handling of an aircraft.
Provide Advanced Skills Management (ASM) certification to government personnel.
Work under minimal supervision.
Apply professional technical expertise to solve complex problems by interpreting technical data such as blueprints or manufacturer's manuals.
Perform all maintenance action IAW CNAFINST 4790.2 series processes and procedures.
Identify material and special tools needs to accomplish daily work assignment.
May be required to support detachments away from Main Operating Base (MOB).
Complete temporary assignments to Whidbey Island, Washington for up to 8 weeks duration.
The ideal candidate will have:
Active Secret clearance is required to start
Minimum 5 years of experience in either military or civilian aircraft maintenance and/or production.
Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime; some positions may also be rotating shifts.
