Principal Predictive Analyst/Biostatistician

Principal Predictive Analyst/Biostatistician will be responsible for:
Data preparation from raw sampling, this can include cleaning, transforming, scaling, and integrating in the creation of predictive analytics
Creating diagnostic and prognostic models through uses of cross-validation and internal validation sets
Cross referencing data on established model sets
Creating effective data visualizations within reports
Contributing to scientific abstracts, journals, and papers as new developments are found throughout research
Maintaining good statistical and data-management practices
Maintaining data-storage and management practices
Required work experience includes:
5-10 years of experience with predictive data analytics written in R
Working experience in study design and sample size calculations
Experienced with using database systems for facilitating version control with distributed coding teams (GitHub, Amazon S3, etc.)
Preferred skill/ experiences include:
PhD in Biostatistics, Computer Science, or Statistics
Experienced with proteomics data and other types of bioassay data
Required education/ licenses include:
Masters of Science Degree in Biostatistics, Computer Science, or Statistics
