The Deposit Products Manager is responsible for all deposit product functions including pricing, promotion, development, market analysis and compliance. This position will partner with stakeholders to continuously improve the product offerings, delivery, analytics, and workflows in order to maximize member experience and utilization. The manager leads cross-functional collaboration, oversees operational processes related to deposit products (including IRAs), and provides leadership to ensure high-quality delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all retail channels. Major Responsibilities

Collaborates with Retail Product leadership on the development of the overall deposit product strategy. Manages all aspects of IRA administration including IRA specialist, IRA products, and IRA processes & workflows. Develop and execute a product implementation strategic plan to enhance and grow our suite of deposit products, including training, communication, and change management; work collaboratively with appropriate partners to execute implementation strategy Manage the deposit portfolio to balance member value and financial performance through effective pricing. Maintains a delivery roadmap and leads execution of critical initiatives, to advance deposit product capabilities and experiences. Assess relevant member, competitors, technology, and industry insights to help define strategies to improve product experience and portfolio growth. Assess and optimize delivery workflows across all channels to ensure efficiency and deliver exceptional member experiences. Monitor, analyze, and report operational exceptions and errors to identify trends and drive continuous process improvement. Evaluate team performance to identify knowledge or skill gaps and recommend targeted training, enhanced tools, or procedural updates to strengthen retail operations. Oversee and support daily retail operations by serving as a resource for staff in areas such as member servicing, transaction processing, and system functionality. Track and report operational errors or exceptions to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to create effective marketing campaigns. Create and manage deposit-related budgets. Analyze, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to deposit product success and member usage. Works with Information Technology on system settings and programming on product parameters. Partner with retail leadership and employee development to educate staff on features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure deposit product success. Communicates with Compliance to ensure deposit products are within federal, state and local laws and regulations. Mentor and coach team members to foster a high performing, adaptable workforce. Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience of product development, product pricing, product forecasting, and / or finance experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. High attention to detail and the ability to plan and execute multiple projects while balancing department or organizational demands is a must. Experience with and a strong understanding of consumer deposit products, including checking, savings, Money Market and Share Certificates as well as associated services. Strong interpersonal skills. Problem-solving ability.
