AceRoofingInc is seeking an experienced roofer/estimator to join our team in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in roofing and estimating, as well as a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Conduct roof inspections and assessments to determine the scope of work needed
Provide accurate cost estimates for roofing projects, including materials and labor
Oversee roofing projects to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations
Manage your team of roofers
Requirements
5+ years of experience in roofing and estimating
Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
