Mission Walrus Foundation's mission is to advance the adoption of the Walrus decentralized storage and retrieval platform.

Vision Empower Web3 builders by providing frictionless, decentralized storage infrastructure that’s deeply integrated into the ecosystems they rely on. We aim to make decentralized storage a native part of every developer's toolkit — unlocking new possibilities for open, resilient applications.

Role Overview The Chief of Staff will serve as a key strategic partner to the Managing Director, driving operational effectiveness, internal coordination, and leadership support across the foundation. This is a high-impact role requiring strong project management, emotional intelligence, and the ability to bring clarity to fast-moving, multi-disciplinary work.

This person will help organize and streamline internal processes, track critical initiatives, manage planning cycles, and ensure teams are aligned and delivering. They’ll also support culture, communication, and leadership development as Walrus scales.
