A Day in the Life As a Senior Manager of Sales Systems CRM, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Salesforce RE platform to meet business needs, ensure smooth operation and maximize user adoption. Manage user accounts, create reports and dashboards, perform data maintenance and cleanup, provide user training, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

The Impact You'll Make

Act as the primary driver for product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.

Build, configure, and customize the Salesforce platform, including objects, fields, page layouts, and automation rules to meet evolving business needs.

Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure users have appropriate access and support.

Monitor and prioritize user requirements from various feedback channels and share with the development team to collaborate and roadmap product’s direction.

Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the products. Identify and track key performance metrics.

Provide end user training to all levels from basic users navigating the site to content managers and create documentation to share best practices and process changes.

Oversee routine maintenance, system upgrades, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure the platform runs smoothly.

Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and implement solutions that drive business value.

Who You Are

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Business Management, Computer Information Systems or related field.

Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Product Managing, Solution planning

Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administrator or developer role

Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft Suite of Tools: PPTX, Excel, Word, Outlook. Working knowledge best practice experiences on the Salesforce platform.

Preferred Certifications: Salesforce certified associate, certified administrator, Advance administrator, business analyst recommended but not required.

Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Strong client-facing and communication skills, advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Prolonged PC Monitor Use, Finger/Hand Manipulation (e.g. 10 key, typing)

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $93,750-$125,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
