You Will Be Responsible For As a key member of our leadership, you will assume a strategic role in a high level of client relationship management, audit planning, tax oversight, strategic planning, and team development. The primary day-to-day activities responsibilities include:

Review of Individual, Partnership, and Corporate tax returns

Audit Engagement management

Tax planning

Team oversight, training, and development

Business advisory services

Education and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in accounting or closely corresponding field.

CPA and a member in good standing with AICPA.

7+ years of public accounting experience

Relationship management and practice development skills

Proven ability to manage, mentor and develop staff

Demonstrates independent thinking and strong decision-making skills

Possess technical knowledge sufficient to supervise Managers and Senior Associates in a wide variety of industries

Computer expertise including knowledge of audit-preparation software and an understanding of the impact of technology

Strong research skills

Technical skills with MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook; CCH ProSystems, UltraTax or similar systems
