Resident Care Supervisor (LPN) – Senior Living Facility
Tuscan Gardens Venetia Bay is dedicated to providing exceptional care and a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Resident Care Supervisor. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care
Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff and caregivers
Develop, implement, and update care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Monitor residents’ health status and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
Document and maintain accurate medical records and reportsProvide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff to promote professional development
Assist with medication administration and management as needed
Foster a compassionate, respectful, and safe environment for residents and staff
Skills and Qualifications:
Valid and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Proven experience in senior care, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing nursing care
Ability to assess residents’ needs and develop appropriate care plans
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing exceptional resident care
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities
