Charity Events Assistant

What You’ll Do As a Charity Events Assistant, you’ll support the day-to-day execution of impactful events and community outreach programs on behalf of our nonprofit partners.
Key Responsibilities
Help plan and coordinate charity events, fundraising activities, and outreach campaigns
Manage logistics including event setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and on-site support
Interact directly with donors, attendees, and community members to raise awareness and drive engagement
Maintain event materials, track inventory, and ensure smooth event execution
Update donor and event data, assist with reporting, and support post-event follow-up
Collaborate with nonprofit organizations and internal teams to achieve campaign goals
Participate in team meetings and training to strengthen your skills and impact

Previous experience in events, customer service, or volunteer coordination is a plus but not required.
