Location: North Bergen, NJ We are seeking an experienced Fabricator with 3-5 years of hands‑on metalworking and welding experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling metal components to create high‑quality custom parts and structures, reading and interpreting technical drawings. Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret work orders and technical drawings. Cut, bend, and shape metal components using fabrication tools and machinery. Perform MIG/TIG welding and other welding processes as needed. Operate shop equipment such as saws, grinders, plasma cutters, and drills. Assemble parts and structures to exact specifications. Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and durability. Maintain a clean, organized work area, adhering to safety standards. Collaborate with other team members to meet project deadlines and production goals. Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of proven experience as a fabricator, welder, or similar role. Proficient in MIG/TIG welding, cutting, and general fabrication methods. Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings. Attention to detail for precise, high‑quality work. Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. Team player willing to collaborate in a fast‑paced production environment. Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work safely in a shop setting. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive body fabrication. Familiarity with fabrication machinery. Knowledge of different metals and adhesives. Compensation & Benefits
